1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("Client", "Customer", "you") and PestShield Pro LLC ("PestShield Pro", "we", "us", "our"), an Arizona limited liability company with its principal place of business at 15423 W 100th Terrace, Lenexa, KS 66219. AZ Pest Control License #AZ-2009-1847.

2. Pest Control Services — Engagement

Free Inspections

Free inspections are provided as a courtesy to evaluate your pest situation and recommend treatment options. The inspection itself is complimentary and carries no obligation to purchase services. Inspection findings and recommendations are provided verbally and/or in a written report. A formal written quote must be accepted before any treatment begins.

Quotes and Service Agreements

All treatment services require a signed or electronically confirmed service agreement before work commences. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any changes to agreed scope must be confirmed in writing.

Payment Terms

One-time treatment fees are typically collected at the time of service. Recurring plan payments are collected quarterly in advance by the payment method on file. Overdue balances may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month. All prices are in US dollars and include applicable Arizona state and local taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Pricing Displayed on This Website

Prices, plan descriptions, and starting prices displayed on our website are illustrative guide prices only. They are based on typical average residential properties with standard pest pressure. Website prices are not binding quotes. Actual pricing depends on property size, pest type and severity, treatment method required, and location within our service area. A binding, confirmed price is provided only in a formal written quote following a free inspection.

4. Treatment Guarantee

PestShield Pro provides a 30-day re-service guarantee on all completed treatments. If the targeted pest returns within 30 days of treatment under normal conditions, we will return and retreat at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover re-infestations caused by new introductions (e.g., bringing infested items into the home after treatment), failure to follow post-treatment preparation or re-entry instructions, or structural conditions that were not disclosed or accessible during the initial service.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for: providing accurate information about the pest problem and property conditions; ensuring safe access to all areas requiring treatment; following all pre-treatment preparation instructions provided by your technician; observing all re-entry intervals specified on product labels and by your technician; and disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancies, or sensitivities that could be affected by pest control treatments before service begins.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled treatment with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $50 cancellation fee. Annual and recurring service plans require 30 days' written notice to cancel. Early termination of a contract plan may result in charges for treatments already completed at the discounted plan rate.

7. Chemical Safety and Re-Entry

PestShield Pro uses only EPA-registered products applied by licensed applicators in accordance with label directions. Re-entry intervals vary by product and treatment type and will be communicated to you by your technician before service. You must observe all re-entry intervals and follow all post-treatment instructions for the safety of your family and pets. PestShield Pro is not liable for health issues arising from failure to follow provided safety instructions.

8. Limitation of Liability

PestShield Pro's maximum liability arising from any single service or claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific treatment giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages including loss of use, lost profits, or damage caused by the pests themselves. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for personal injury caused by our negligence or for any other liability that cannot be limited under Arizona or applicable federal law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona. We will always attempt to resolve disputes informally first — contact us at info@pestshieldpro.site.
